Housing network
WoningNet is the largest housing corporation in the Netherlands and, together with the Alliance, organized an event focused on knowledge sharing.
A valuable day and a powerful way to share knowledge with each other, all with the same goal: to improve the housing market. We were allowed to capture this in the form of a central aftermovie and additional content — but of course in a slightly different way than usual.

How do we prevent this from just becoming another aftermovie?
That was the core question when we started production. So many aftermovies are made these days that they often don't even truly reach the target audience.
That's why we chose to put the interview at the center. This way, viewers are taken along through the day and the key themes that were discussed. It makes you think, allows you to learn something, and ensures that the video really has an impact on you. The result? Viewers don’t feel like they are simply watching an atmospheric impression, but experience: I gained something from this — and think: I want to be there myself next time.

A production completely in line with the identity of WoningNet.
In addition to developing our own style for WoningNet over the years, we have also provided the company with fixed layouts and visual assets.
For example, we created a logo animation that not only concludes this video but also recurs in all future productions. Furthermore, the video includes consistent titles and name layers—elements that we specifically designed to give each production the same recognizable line. This way, we create continuity and recognizability in every new video.
