TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND BLUEPRINT STUDIOS, OR YOUR REQUEST TO ENTER INTO SUCH AN AGREEMENT.

This basis applies when you use the services of Blueprint Studios or when you have requested a quote for these services. In the context of this legal basis for processing your personal data, Blueprint Studios will only process your personal data if and to the extent necessary for the fulfillment of the contractual obligations entered into with you.

In this context, your personal data may also be shared with third parties, to the extent necessary for the execution of the relevant agreement, such as with external service providers with whom Blueprint Studios collaborates in the execution of the agreed services.

A legitimate interest of Blueprint Studios. This basis applies in the following cases:

• when Blueprint Studios automatically provides your personal data to the hosting party engaged by Blueprint Studios to enable the functioning of the website. Insofar as the processing of personal data is based on the consent you have given, you have the right to withdraw this consent at any time, but this does not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent prior to withdrawal.

You have the right to file a complaint with the Data Protection Authority or, if you live in a country other than the Netherlands or are registered there, with the supervisory authority there.

Personal data is only retained by Blueprint Studios for as long as necessary for the purposes for which they were obtained.
